We are updating our policies. Where a trip page lists its own booking terms, those terms apply to that trip, together with the terms we confirm to you in writing before you pay.
Who we are
This notice explains how Tapori Travel handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact us. Contact: taporitravel@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you choose to give us: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (optional), the trip you are interested in, preferred dates, number of travellers, room-sharing preference, your message and your consent choices.
- Messages and calls when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Booking details needed to operate your trip, if you book — for example traveller names, and ID shown at boarding where a trip requires it.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser information, which our website hosting provider may record in server logs.
Please do not send ID documents or medical information through the website enquiry form.
How the enquiry form works
The website form does not store your details on our website. When you press “Continue on WhatsApp”, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. They reach us only if you send that message. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and share trip details, prices and availability.
- To manage your booking and operate your trip, if you book.
- To send occasional updates about new trips and departures — only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time by telling us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:
- Communication services you or we use to stay in touch, such as WhatsApp, phone and email providers.
- Our website hosting provider.
- Suppliers needed to deliver a booked trip, such as accommodation and transport providers.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own website rather than a third-party font service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as we need it to respond, operate trips and keep necessary records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing taporitravel@gmail.com.
