We are updating our policies. Where a trip page lists its own booking terms, those terms apply to that trip, together with the terms we confirm to you in writing before you pay.
1. About these terms
These terms describe how enquiries and bookings with Tapori Travel work. Each trip may also have its own terms, shown on its trip page and confirmed to you in writing. If the trip-specific terms differ from these general terms, the trip-specific terms apply to that trip.
2. Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email does not reserve a seat or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing after the required payment.
3. Prices
Prices on the website apply to the current version of each trip and are per person unless stated otherwise. Where a price depends on room sharing, the sharing option is stated. Whether taxes such as GST are included is stated on the trip page or confirmed before you pay. Where no price is shown, we will share the current price on enquiry.
4. What is included
Only the items listed as included on the trip page, or in your written confirmation, are part of the package. Meals, tickets, local transport and other costs marked as self-paid or not listed are your responsibility.
5. Itinerary changes
Our trips involve long road journeys and, in many cases, mountain travel. Itineraries may change because of weather, road conditions, landslides, government regulations, temple schedules, local circumstances or safety requirements. Timings and trekking durations shown on the website are estimates.
6. Fitness and suitability
Several trips involve long, demanding treks at high altitude. Please read the trip page carefully and discuss your fitness and any concerns with us before booking. Not every trip is suitable for everyone.
7. Identification
Please carry a valid government photo ID. Some trips require it for boarding.
